Irrigating the crops with Mountain Dew is next

I, like much of the country, am absolutely beside myself right now. I’m not yet sure how the MAGA idiots are going to spin this narrative — I guess they’ll have to wait and get talking points from Fox “news” — but most of America stands aghast today as we watch videos of the Trump administration demolishing a full third of the White House just because he wants an expensive ballroom to host millionaire soirées.

In case you missed my earlier post about our national parks, let me remind you: the White House belongs to THE PEOPLE of this country, not the President. He is OUR GUEST while he is there — albeit likely illegitimately as we’re about to see litigation in early 2026 about absurd voter irregularities in Rockland County, NY, which will surely lead to more similar investigatory work possibly revealing the whole thing was rigged from the start. And yet, this narcissistic grifting psychopath just unilaterally — and illegally — decided willy-nilly that he wanted to build himself this gilded ballroom, which will ultimately leave the American people footing the bill one way or another.

OH! And remember when he first mentioned this construction? He PROMISED that he would in no way compromise the current integrity of this historic American landmark — that he would build this ballroom adjacent to the East Wing, and not alter the existing structure in any way, shape, or form. So, big surprise here, but he lied yet again. (How many is that now, close to 40,000 lies over the collective term of his political life? 50,000?) OH! And are we not all at least subconsciously cognizant of the fact that nobody would attempt such structural alteration if they had ANY intention of vacating the space when the term ends in three years? I mean, for Christ’s sake, he’s selling “Trump 2028” merch out of the friggin Oval Office, and Steve Bannon is outright saying they are researching ways to bring this to fruition. Hey, Steve, all y’all have to do is ignore the Constitution — y’all seem to be getting pretty damn good at that, and quickly.

Anyway, yet again, we’re seeing the fictional script of “Idiocracy” playing out in real time. Check out this short video, to see how this storied edifice — the People’s House — will likely end up when all is said and done.   

And be sure to watch it all the way through, to see the bizarre cast of characters representing the various holders of the administration’s Cabinet positions. We’re really not that far off from this “fictional” world which ostensibly provided a blueprint which continues to play out in real time before our very eyes, as we have an entire administration filled with wholly unqualified obsequious sycophants. And no, don’t be surprised if this administration soon actually suggests we irrigate our crops with fucking Mountain Dew. It’s currently a race towards obsoletion and oblivion for this country as we’ve known it for 250 years.

It’s just disgusting.
